Our goal is to provide creative, functional and feasible solutions by undertaking detailed investigations and presenting a defendable development proposal.

Monteath & Powys employ Certified Practising Planners who come from a range of backgrounds. This has provided a broad base of knowledge and experience which has allowed us to successfully deliver hundreds of planning projects. We have undertaken projects ranging from rock concerts, land developments from 2 to 700 blocks, rezonings, infrastructure projects, townhouses, churches, mixed use developments, place of public entertainment approvals, breweries and aerial agriculture.

We have a proven track record of successful collaboration with local Councils, statutory authorities, Department of Planning and other government departments. This collaboration is a result of our significant experience in planning, together with our association with professional industry groups which have allowed us to build relationships within these agencies which have assisted in delivering outcomes at the planning stage of projects.
