The drafting, GIS and construction management expertise at Monteath & Powys ensures the preparation of master plans, concept plans and structure plans are prepared based on our on-ground development experience.

  • Master plan for a 500 acre mixed use site on the Central Coast. The master plan was for a mix of residential, commercial and retail interests.

What We do

The Monteath & Powys Planning Team can assist in the preparation of feasibilities and due diligence studies. Environmental Impact Statements

What We do

The staff at Monteath & Powys has prepared Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) for a wide range of projects often valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. This also includes Environmental Assessments (EA) prepared under the former Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act.
